Hypnotherapy

Hypnosis is a completely natural trance state - a state you enter many times a day without even noticing. Have you ever walked a familiar path, reached your destination and not remembered the whole journey? You were in a trance state for that forgotten period! During hypnosis you will be aware of everything around you whilst being relaxed and calm. It is a very similar experience to daydreaming or meditation.

 

While in this relaxing state it is possible to access the subconscious mind, where all of our instinctive behavioural patterns and natural reactions are created and stored. Using positive suggestions and imagery we can start to create new ideas and behaviours. It is an incredibly powerful tool to help change your thinking from a deeper level.

 

No one can be hypnotised against their will and no hypnotherapist can make a person do anything that they do not want to, or morally object to.  You are in complete control at all times and can come out of trance at any time you wish.
